It’s been two months since I started taking Bach Flowers against fear. 

I must admit I’m a lot quieter than before. At work I am calmer and don’t panick that fast anymore. In short, I have better control over my fears.

I also have a calmer feeling on the inside. The inner turmoil that was caused by anxiety has diminished so much. Because of the good effects, I will continue taking the drops for another month.
