Dear Tom,

A while ago I started taking Bach Flower drops against fear. I told you that I was suffering from a lot of fears, following a sexual assault when I was little. I barely went out of the house, had frequent panic attacks and suffered from hyperventilation.

These symptoms have now improved greatly. I can go out again since I started taking the drops and I no longer have panic attacks. Sometimes I do still get some hyperventilation, but only when I’m under severe stress.

My next question is: is it advised to combine this bottle with one for hyperventilation? Can I combine this with my anxiety bottle? I would like another bottle against fear as well, because I never felt this good.
