Just wanted to say thank you so much for the remedy you posted out (mix 85)
I really didn't notice much difference until the third day. I have been in such a state of what felt like unmoveable anxiety. Numb. Irritable. Joyless ?. I have throughout my 40's had intermittent bouts of anxiety which I now understand to be hormonal . I made a hard decision to take HRT although I was kicking and screaming against this for so long. Yes, no night sweats or embarrassing hot flushes in the day... But there was still a truly visceral anxiety inside. I didn't recognise myself as it manifested through being short tempered , always on edge and just exhausted with things.
Yesterday for the first time in what feels like years I found myself experiencing contentment. The mind racing had gone. The unease and tension had uncoiled and my perspective was back. Not dulled or numbed out. Just gently softened like a big hug or a comfy blanket but from the inside
