In Bach Flower Therapy we work with 38 different flowers. A maximum of 7 different flowers are selected and put together in a Bach Flower Essences combination. Of this combination a minimum of 6 x 4 drops per day are taken. These drops can be taken directly on the tongue or in another liquid for example water, a soft drink or tea. The effect remains.
