Bach Flower Therapy works with Bach flowers. Dr. Edward Bach, who lived in the beginning of the previous century, discovered Bach Flower Therapy.
He discovered that certain flowers of plants, shrubs and trees have the ability to bring negative emotions and states of mind, like stress, depression, fears, doubt etc back into balance. This was the start of what is now called Bach Flower Therapy.
In Bach Flower Therapy we work with 38 different flowers. A maximum of 7 different flowers are selected and put together in a Bach Flower Essences combination.
