I’ve been trying to lose weight for years, but every time I would fall back into my old habits. I would start with great enthusiasm, but after two weeks I’d go back to unhealthy eating habits. I just didn’t have the discipline.
The Bach Flower mix has helped me to stick to my diet for six months now! Definitely a record! I didn’t know the drops would help at all, but I definitely feel more confident and so much healthier then before.
It’s also easier to resist temptations like my favourite chocolate and candy. Those really were my strongest temptations. If I started eating chocolate, I couldn’t stop and I would eat the whole packet. Now I can enjoy a single piece of chocolate without having to eat more.
I’m glad that there was something good out there to give me the mental support I needed, without having to go to something like Weight Watchers.
