- Bach flowers mix 51 Hi Tom,
I would like to give you some news. I am in my second month of taking Mix 51. It's true that in the beginning, I felt appeased, with no more need to eat or nibble during the day. But in the evening, I was still suffering with bulimia. This discouraged me, but you had advised me to take the mix for at least 3 months, so I kept going, even though I continued to eat too much always in the evening.
Now, for a week, there has been an improvement in the evening. I don't feel this need to eat a lot .. and cheese appease me!!!
I will re-order a vial of "mix 51". Maybe I'll continue for a fourth month.
I will order this week. I saw that shipping fees were free this month, thanks for that.
I will make sure I give you updates on my third month of treatment.
