Good morning Tom,
Three months have passed since I started to take the Bach flower mix that you advised me about, and I have to say that the situation has improved. I have moments when I feel great, I experience certainty and I believe in myself, but there are still some moments in which everything seems difficult, almost insurmountable. These moments occur almost always at night, when I wake up and start thinking about work and then I enter a whirlwind of thoughts from which I can not get away and prevents me from going back to sleep.
I would like to continue taking the flowers, but I would like to ask you if you think I should repeat the three months with the mixture you gave me in October or if it is better to review the composition.
