Some time ago this year, I took Bach flower drops for my panic disorder.
I have the feeling that they made me calmer and stronger, and I took them for about 3 months.
What I’m experiencing now is that my nerves are getting weaker.
Getting used to my new work place is difficult (I'm momentarily reintegrating) and having lunch with friends, for example, gives me a horrible tension head with anxiety and panic attacks as a consequence.
