Dear Tom,

Two weeks ago I started taking your Bach flowers mix 77 for the first time and I feel a lot better because of it. I have a feeling of inner peace. The inner sensation that I was always rushing myself has passed.

Actually, I felt the effect of mix 77 during day 3. It made me really believe in the effect of Bach flower essences. I had tried many things in the past: plenty of discussion with psychologists and the necessary medication ... These weren't having the right effect on me. I often felt even worse. I was depressed and, because of the anti-depressants, I had a few periods of euphoria that alternated with very dark, depressive periods.

Little did I know I was highly sensitive and because of all the "assistance" - which just did not appear to be helping - I felt even stranger than usual. Now I have learned to accept that I am highly sensitive. I see the causes, consequences and can now place everything that has made me into the person that I am today in context. All the pieces are falling into place and I'm beginning to know myself better. I have a colleague who is also highly sensitive and I can really talk with her about things we experience, how we react, what annoys us and what are the possible solutions for them. I have recommended your Bach flower essences to her. Perhaps she'll also benefit from them.

Bach flower essences have ensured that I have returned to the old me and made sure that I do not have to doubt myself. I can be myself and I am learning to embrace this because I know that there's nothing wrong with it. Previously, I hadn't had that feeling. On the contrary; everything I did was aborted or rejected. I was not doing well, but no one seemed to understand why. Nobody could find a cause or could place things. Now I can do this myself... I know 'what' and 'why' things happen, so thank you for a wonderful gift!
