It’s been 3 years since I asked Tom for help with my dog, Filou. Filou is a crossbreed - chihuahua and spitz.
He is a very nervous dog, fearful so he became aggressive, even towards us. He had even bitten my mother.
He’s dominant, but we feel he's frightened and perturbed as well, by humans and other dogs. I should talk in the past tense however, since Tom helped us discover his personal mix.
Filou has changed a lot, he listens well and most of all he is less anxious, less fearful. His behaviour has improved and he is wiser.
He's not yelping automatically at other dogs and sometimes he even tries to sniff them. We can go to a restaurant with him, whereas before it was not even possible to think about this.
Even if everything is not completely perfect, we continue to give him Bach flower drops in a meat ball regularly. Filou is doing really better thanks to Tom, he has become a calmer dog and more serene.
Thanks to you,

Im just checking in to let you know that Milo is much happier now with other dogs in the park, and is generally all round a lot more at peace with himself.
You recently made a special mix for Layla Harrison who is scared of loud unexpected noises like crop scarers.
You sent us three bottles of a remedy mixed especially for our Rescue greyhound Boux. We are now on the third bottle.
This is Chandra, a Rhodesian Ridgeback, who has been with us for nine years and whom we love, but who started having serious problems.
I am very happy with the Bach flowers you provided.
Last year in August I had Tom make me drops for our dog Bandit because he was having epileptic attacks.
First of all, thank you for the fast processing and shipping on Friday. We started on Saturday with the mix.
As of today it has been a week since I started giving Lowie on his drops, and I have to say that he is still sleeping through the night.
I wanted to come back to you. It’s been more than a month since Lola, my bitch, started taking her drops and she is not the same shy dog anymore.
At the end of last year you made a personal Bach flower mix for Yessy. The bottle is almost finished now and I wanted to let you know how everything is going.
