Karen, my daughter, is back after a few years of training in India, where she followed a course to be yoga instructor.
She will offer yoga lessons in the future, online and for a voluntary contribution (you can choose yourself how much you want to pay). These lessons are in English.
The lessons are open for everybody, including people who have never practised yoga in the past.
